nope. The "A" is from another movie, not part of this logo, the allusion to windows task manager is rather making me avoid it than attract me. Colors are fade and without impact, font choice is poor.If the client wants to keep the name (your bad luck) try to make it simple and combine the elements in a smart way. Put task manager on a single line, center the subtext, choose some more intense colors but not to vivid, incorporate the "red line" in the text ....
You are most welcome sir, I felt credit was due for such great advice. Might I add thank you for the message about my critique on your critique. I hope the critique got across. :)
I'm not sure I like the name, but that is in no way your fault. The colors don't go together... And the slogan should be somewhat clearer. Ask for a grammar check on that. As for the idea -- it is clear from the beginning it's a tech company -- that you got right.
Maybe, the only thing you need to do is to leave this assignment in hands of a more experienced professional or, in the meantime perform a review of many many logos that likes you. That exercise will make of you a better designer.
Sorry, but i think that this could be the best way to help you.

My friend, don't be discouraged. Look here for colours: https://kuler.adobe.com/explore/most-favorite/?time=month Make sure that both of your words are of the same width, or at least look organic. I agree with hueroth, that your A is from another opera. And also there is some sense from the kerning site that you can borrow here: http://type.method.ac/ Also if you cannot find anything look here for inspiration:it logo design samples, This is a good book on logos if you are serious about this industry: http://www.amazon.com/Logo-Design-Love-Creating-Identities/dp/0321660765..., and finally this is a good encyclopaedia of symbols and logos:http://www.amazon.com/Symbol-Steven-Bateman/dp/1856697274/ref=sr_1_33?ie... http://www.amazon.com/Logotype-Michael-Evamy/dp/1856698947/ref=pd_bxgy_b...
