Ok this is a good idea i just want to say good job the text does look a bit off.

Hmmm.... I like the symbol, but in my opinion you have to work a little more on the fonts... Like the colors too
Tried to keep it simple. I do admit there is some room to do more. I believe it is a step up from the previous logotype
I really like it, the typography that you use in TBM to me doesn't work, good job!
The problem I think everyone is mentioning is that the text doesn't fit with the symbol (proportionally). Try bold/strong initials on one line then "creative" on the second. The symbol should represent "TBM" and vice-versa so both should probably have a strong and equal presence in the big scheme of things.
Very nice the symbol, good job there, but you got to change the tyopgraphy. 2423 media gave a good , valuable advice about it.
When I first saw the logo I thought it was for some science oriented company dealing with energy or geology or something like that. The symbol looks really eye-catchy, but in my mind its way too far from the image of a creative agency. It's not playful, it's not creative, it's just good looking and boring. I do not like the typography, because you are using 3 different fonts which generates confusion and you built a staircase out of them which kills the ballance of the whole logo. You need to use less fonts and think the whole composition over. Also the whole logo is too long like this, it would be difficult to use in any standard size.

I would keep the inner core of the sphere in one orange / red color with a 3D ball gradient. The darker shadows could be left out to simplify the symbol. Overall, I like the logo very much! nicely done!
