Whoah. I don't really know what to make of this. The elements in the center look like you have a fisheye effect on them. There is nothing really discernible here. Too much going on. Too many colors that don't work well together. You have your tag line above the main part of your logo. Scratch this and start simple. Get it down to one color, two at the most. You want to be able to read your logo clearly and quickly. It should be well defined and a big problem with this is readability. If you scale it back you can't read or identify anything. Best of luck on this.

It reminds me of my very first logos, when I did them on Photoshop 5 and threw all the filters and effects I could like it was the coolest thing =)
