Brief from client
Logo/branding for a spa retreat. The name can be with or without "The" at the beginning.
Here is first attempt in mono. Kind of a "roman baths" type of feel I'm going for. The 'day spa' tagline I don't like so much at moment.
Critique very welcome.

No hard feelings. It seems to me more like a beauty parlour than a spa. I would think in a fountain of youth more like pouring than curling. Thanks for the chance. Keep on!

Definitely eye pleasing. I think I like the one you posted above best so far. The one thing I would critique is that I think the swirl on the bottom of the F should be smaller. If they're the same, I think it can be misread as Sountain. Even though it's unlikely, might be beneficial to see what it would look like. Hope this helps :) nice work
Final structure after minor tweaking/kerning etc. Would like to do a colour version but haven't found a good combo yet. Thanks Brendon, I'll try what you suggested/.
