Brief from client 

Client's Brief:Property management business. We look after houses, units and student accommodation. We enjoy the student accommodation part most and want to specialize in that and build it up. We want to target both new owners and students. We offer a personal and hands on service and try to get a good return for our owners but also make sure our students and tenants are happy and enjoy their homes and experience with our company.

I would add a door on the left side of the symbol so it also look like the M of "mobile".
