Brief from client
Rob Sherrard wanted a logo for his car collection. He had everything from classics to modern cars. We made a logo for each. The same logo but one that looked modern and sleek and one that was more "old school". The client has signed off on these logos.

Looks classy but it's not easy to read. Try to find a way to make "Sherrard" more proeminent.
Yeah I can see what you mean thanks. Though this logo has already been signed off on and I did do It a long time ago I will update it for my Port Folio. It's not the easiest thing to read when smaller. But larger I think it's good enough. I don't want to sacrifice the simple style it has.
I'd try to have the name way bigger, going over the edge of the circle. It's make it way more impactful.
I like that Idea I might try that thanks.
The original look I was trying to make with the old style one is an old patch on a denim jacket that you'd see in the 70's. Simple circle with nothing outside of it. But for things like signage and print your idea would work well.
Here's a banner using the logo we I made for his workshop.
I like, vintage was to good days;)
