That typography has to go, and the orange gradients as well. There is no color harmony here, and the only redeeming factor here is probably the heads.

Drop the black circle. The negative color scheme is too distracting. Simplify the hair, this is a logo and not an illustration. It's important not to preserve too many small parts.

Refine the figures/hats a bit, change your font/color, and then we'll revisit your design.
