I like this layout- but I would stay away from green as lemons and limes look very similar- so without the text you would have a lime here, more than a lemon.
I also favor your version with the script style text over the other 2. I think they need a bit more refining on the symbol, but it would be my opinion to focus on those 2 most. For instance on this one, I feel that the "juice drops" could be a bit smaller maybe.
