Too many details. Simplify. The typo should be able to stand alone.

definitely needs simplifying. there are way too much elements going on for it to be as successful as it could be, revise the logo on a whole and start to think about an actual symbol for the company, whether it be helmets or safety related make it unique and memorable.

I think it's not too bad. I actually like the helmet but vectorize it or something to make it more sleek.
