This is the nicest, I like the typography, But im not a fan of the icon. Try to avoid very sharp angles or round them off like the font has been rounded off.

My first thought was a simple icon of a brain with the spinal chord coming off as a lightning bolt. - This is what I imagine to be sort of trendy at the moment.

What font is this btw?

The symbol goes against the movement of the rest of the logo ... you almost completely disregard the type because you are instantly drawn to the spark that is going right to left.

i also like the color choices... but i would avoid going Purple/grey/purple. I would try keeping colors together here instead of separating them, unless a symbol goes across the whole logo somehow and ties in the whole piece... the stripes created by separating the purple is also distracting.
