I like the basic concept but the execution is lacking. Id simplify or get rid of the gradient. And the inner parts of the magenta should not come to a point. make them rounded. It just doesn't work as is. The font is too close to the logo image, and it is sloppy. some edges being round some pointed doesn't work for me. And the way the ends of the S come to a ball as well just looks sloppy.

Keep refining.
