Tiempo de Juego is a TV program about sports, transmited in Honduras.

Yes but no.

First of all, the different balls in the hourglass are straight up clip art you picked off the internet. This is a big no no. Plus, they complicate the whole thing, bring to many inconsistent details. Never add any elements you didn't do yourself in a your logo.

The font looks too modern. It's more suitable for video games or a movie. But I don't see it working here.

You can keep the hourglass idea but you got to much more than this to make it good.
