This dots effect won't reduce well, it will not be nice in black and white...
Too limited for a good logo.

Still difficult to see the "tik" with all of these dots thrown together. Like my compadres..... Go with your 2nd example and fix all the colour tics. But I much prefer the font you chose.... good job with that.

The 2nd version looks better. work a little on that one, maybe simplify the colors. This one looks too busy...
