Brief from client
Client wanted a simple, yet strong logo design for their Mexican restaurant.
Logo design created with Adobe Illustrator. I wanted to give the idea of a hacienda, and combine that idea with the name.

Hi!
This is a good start but it needs much more work.
Overall, I find the colours very dull. Also both red and green are quite dense. Create more contrast by associating one dense shade with a lighter one.
The strokes around "Tios" are superfluous and only complicate the logo.
The symbol is way too simplistic and straight. It lacks that human touch that you would expect from a restaurant.
I'm not a fan of the font for "Tios". That S looks really weird. On the contrary, the one for the subtext is really cool.
