You don't need the trademark logo when presenting a logo idea. It just gets in the way.
I'm not sold on this idea. The letters don't read how you'd expect, at least to me. There are also a couple of form issues, especially when the top of the "m" curves to meet the "t". It curves downward, but instead moves abruptly to the flat cross of the "t."
Play around with the letters a bit more to make the idea a bit more refined. The type and colors work well, however. Gives a certain modern energy to it.
Is the name of the brand TMR? In that case: it was almost immediatly clear to me. But does the symbol represents an elephant? In that case: excuse my "thumbs down".
I'm fairly new to logo design but I don't think that trademark-symbol should be part of a logo.
Typography is not superb, but it'll do the job just fine. Colors also good, but try some more if you are allowed.
That orange part of the "r", could you put it a little closer to the "m"? Now it's like the trademark-symbol is pulling it away.
That's more of an issue with the trademark symbol placement, and not his spacing.
I feel as if the orange cross of the t was more balanced it would look better, at the moment it looks stretched, the bottom curve of the t reaches below the m too and this throws me a little.
Thanks xTheKillswitch for your observations. Surely the trademark logo shouldn't appear. I kinda just didn't pay much attention to it. I guess coming from a global perspective I should finally accept that the letters are not clear. Being the creator, I kept assuming it's legible to anyone. Let me work on some tweaks to it.
lifestyle_x, yes the name of the brand is TMR. No the symbol doesn't represent an elephant. Lol, Now it's clear to me that I need to work on the symbol. Thanks for your ideas.
Dunreaver, I take your critic very helpful as well. Let me polish up and see what comes out.
nice logo to me. but if the cross (which means t) will be red in color it would be better- i think. because red cross has been a symble of nurshing.
You simply cannot use a red cross in a logo, or anything else for that matter.
It really pisses off the Red Cross as they have trademarked it. You will be slapped with a cease and desist order so fast your head will spin.
Don't ever do it.
tasrubabu thanks for your comment. Red is closely related to the color I used. Also, I did not want to make it look like an arm of Red Cross in a way that's why I tried to stay away from the red.
I'd still not throw the whole thing in the bin. You can do stuff with it, I like it but not a 100%. For me it was kinda clear it says "TMR".
I can clearly read this as TMR, Just symbol needs some changes. I think you should try using some other font for M, maybe more modern and clean. Make cross more balanced. Right and left part of cross length is different, try making it same.
