Brands of the World is the largest free library of downloadable vector logos, and a logo critique community. Search and download vector logos in AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and CDR formats. If you have a logo that is not yet present in the library, we urge you to upload it. Thank you for your participation.
Looking at botw anymore is getting annoying. I understand you feel some God given right to bombard the feed with myriad logos, but dude, stop. This isn't the Felix site. Why don't you create your own site to promote your work? If this gets me banned from the site, so be it. If I keep seeing multitudes of sports logos for no apparent reason, I may quit coming back. You are monopolizing everyone's patience!
Felix, this logo is lazy. I don't understand the thought process behind this at all. I don't know what you're trying to go for, other than you claim this is an "origami style." Except it's random shapes with random placement.
This Tokyo 2020 stuff has got to stop. You're not even posting for feedback anymore, you're just posting just to post. If you cared about feedback, you'd listen to our advice on the offchance that one of us bothers to post. If you listened, you'd learn. If you learned, you'd improve. I see no signs of any of the above, since you're brute forcing a good idea out of a pile of half assed ideas.
You still haven't grasped the fundamentals of logo design. Even some of the newer members that have a way to go to improve, but at least they're willing to prove they're applying the advice we give them. You do not.
The whole point of origami is that is paper folded into looking like something.
This is just random kites thrown about. They don't mean anything, they do not make sense, they are not anything but red kites randomly dangling off the end of this logo.
What thought went into this? What sketching? What time?
Where are the vector graphics from the program I gave you? Where is anything to show that you are earnest in trying to improve and not stop just spewing ideas at the wall and seeing what sticks. Because eventually, nothing can ever stick again, if your wall is covered with nothing but spewed out ideas - as those are slippery.
I made a five minute sketch of an origami logo idea that I think demonstrates your idea. I am posting it here, not as inspiration for you, nor as a way to show you what to do, nor especially not to post a new idea over your idea and tell you what is best (because that is against the rules of BotW)!
I am only posting this idea because I think it is quite good for a 5 minute concept sketch and I want to see if you can resist snaffling it up and claiming it as your own in a later Olympic logo post.
Most importantly, the IOC would never approve of this logo as the rings, as they are depicted, fail the standards set for displaying them. You need to get the document that lists all the requirements for using the Olympic Rings and read through it thoroughly!

I'll add my two cents.

Either give a damn or leave.

first the font is unreadable, and the symbol you have underneath doesn't make sense.
