Playing around with the logo for a friend:

He is renaming his gym to "Training Day" and wants to keep the image of a man with stretched out arms

Shot thanks, I was thinking of using an italic font for "Training Day" to suggest activity/movement being a gym and all. but I came across this one and it seemed to work.

Yes. You did right. Italic in a logo not allways result. If were something about speed maybe, but for a that logo its perfect! Congrats.

Try some simpler typography to make it look a little more professional.

In the meantime, let's ponder how a 'wellness centre' might be superior to a 'gym', and what would possess anyone to use the former in preference to the latter.
