I like the colors muuuuch better. But the tree looks out of place and waaaay to big Also i dont know if i would make the tree black maybe just use outlines or brush strokes to make a just visible tree? the white was doing it much good because it was for kids wear. But thats just my personal opinion.

I'm not really feeling this one. It just doesn't feel unified. It doesn't even relate to clothing; I would have made the connection to a playground or day care. I also really dislike the color scheme. Especially when black dominates the logo.

Sorry, that's just me.

I saw your previous version. I think it was closer to my liking than this one, actually. The things you improved in V2 were the colors for sure, and the typography. Just to give you some sense of direction.

Try to compact the tree make it more playful and switch the black with white or a lighter shade of color which ever works.

I actually don't mind the way the colours pop with the full black background..but as people have already said - not for kidswear...maybe something else.
