This logotype was created for an online tutoring company in Virginia.
It combines a computer camera and a graduation cap above the U letter.

This logo has potential but it's a bit too complicated.
You basically have 2 symbols which is one too many. I would keep the one of the right and maybe add the little eye in the U.
