I really like this.

I just think the wobbly circle isn't really necessary. Without it, the spin symbol and the word mark would have more room to breath.

Other than that, this logo is ace.

Although the wobbly circle might represent dough before being tossed or maybe during the process, feels kinda messy on a page or even on a screen. Animators would likely try to animate things and that wobble would not animate well. Other than that, I love the rest of this. Nice work.
