Nice, I like the style and the colors, but I cannot understand why the fire wings. The pigeon is a peaceful bird, if you had a phoenix there istead?

Careful not to tread too closely to University of Phoenix, whose logo is a fiery bird as well. Yours looks nothing like theirs, but people may make an association where none is intended.

This version is definitely my favorite. It just feels the most modern to me.

I agree, In my mind this version has the most potential. I'm curios how it would look with a combination of this versions and the latest you posted. I like how the bird and the globe is masked in that latest one. Though I would keep the circular shape and text placement of this one.
