This is not working at all, unfortunately. The very first reason: unless you want to boost the viewing glasses industry, you avoid having bright yellow text on a white background.
The general design looks random, without any real research, inspiration or sketching. Globally this is way too complicated.
Ok so YOU just basically just agreed with the first comment and added nothing of value as far as a critique. But you did upload some pictures that was suppose to mock what I did good for you (SMH). So to recap *clears throat* If you don't have anything constructive to say shut up! Have a nice day :)
The point is that your logo is convoluted, isn't designed well, and just looks like an octopus.
There's nothing more to add, when Shawali made all the correct points about your design.
If my design looked like the complete opposite of what I was trying to convey, I'd want someone to tell me. The fact you can't take any form of criticism is a bit alarming, since you came to a website where people are going to criticize you. I've had my logos torn to shreds on here, and all that did was help me make them better.
You should go back to sketching and brainstorming, if the name of the brand it's gonna be Utopian start just there, research what an utopia actually is and then refine the concepts until you have just one or two to work on.

I'm going to agree with what Shawali said. And also add that this looks like an angry Octopus, or a heartless from Kingdom Hearts.

Tone down the attitude please. Erin was just making a point.
If you can't take criticism, you're not likely to become a better designer.
There is no point he was making that's my point. Did you see one in his comment at all?

Someone uploaded THREE VERSIONS of a design, and every single person told him, with photos, that it was just the White Castle logo.
That isn't making fun of him, that's telling him that he needs to go back to drawing board.
He took the advice, and made a MUCH BETTER logo that got much higher ratings.
