Veterinary practise logo for dissertation

Brief from client
My client from Poland is opening a new vet practise and asked me to create its brand identity.
I am using this logo design in my dissertation focusing on what is a good logo design and including a critique on clients who choose the design they like not one that is recommended as it would just work better. In my dissertation I want to create another logo hopefully a better one based on the feedback i receive and my research. I want to show that the design we [designers] create is not for the clients to like is purely for the public - the target audience. I hope this make sense.

Well its a logo....but there does not seem to be anything about this that is "special" or "interesting." Please take no personal offense, but it just seems like clipart animal silhouettes placed over a name. It just doesn't feel like you spent much time sketching or exploring possible ideas for this logo. I think it could benefit greatly from more exploration.
100% this.
For me, it doesn't qualify as a logo. It looks more like a banner. Way too many symbols and too much text.
You need to simply this drastically, getting rid of all the superfluous elements.
Keep it up!
Okay look.
Polish language is already incredibly long and complicated compared to the English language. And then on top of all the text, you added four different symbols. Your type needs a lot more hierarchy. The name of the actual vet (your client) should be much smaller than the top text and the name of the actual practice. Swiss Design, which is extremely popular in Poland, would be a good place to go grab some inspiration from.
