Does not read as VGlobal. If that is their name you must make it immediately obvious. In fact the V looks more like a tick with a dot and the company name just reads as Global. I don't think the client would appreciate that at all.
I don't understand the "V". Is it "i" and "v" combined? I don't care for the backup bar on "global". Why not try moving "global" it to the right vertical leg of the "V" and let the "V" color be the backup. Also try increasing the size of the "V" by 200%, extending it into the middle sphere segment.
Idea is not bad. Increase the size of the V-global Typeface. I reckon that ISP means "Internet Service Provider" - how about getting the Internet-side of the message a bit more present.

And when you have to put into a card? I thing that you will have a problem.
The V is hard to get across make it more dominate.
To large the orb, get a little smaler orb and increase the size of the V element.
It is impossible to comment on it without knowing at least what the company does. How can we judge it? The colour is too bright. that's all I can say.

Yes, do not make those red waves so super dominant. The tiny fonts are lost there.
Brockmann got it right Internet Service Provider. The Red is part of their corporate colour
