It's an interesting logo, but I might constrain your color palette a bit. It feels a bit too rainbow-y to me. I also think you need a solid circle to outline your shape, since you have a bit of an optical illusion going on here. It looks like the outside is a tilted oval, although I know it's supposed to look like a perfect circle. Just something to think about.
Your wordmark looks fine. Like I said, I think the colors should unify a bit more. Grey contrasts significantly with the bright colors. Maybe even consider replacing grey with your outermost color.
