I think you're on the right track here, but I still have afew remarks.
Keep the word "vision" on the same line, "on" already stands out by being green. (if you really want to, you could use a slightly different font for it)
The V overlapping with the symbol and being white isn't working, it'll give trouble when the logo is displayed small. I suggest you do something else with the symbol placement.
The leaves/drops don't have the right shape yet to look like drops.
Oh, and make sure you do a google search, to see if your idea hasn't been used by any big or nearby companies.
The idea is OK! The symbol seems misaligned because the "visi" separate the "on". The typography is too light and deserves a review. I wait that helps you!
I do not agree as well with breaking the word in 2 parts.

I think the same like mahayni, I do not agree with breaking the word. Too much improvisation here.
i think the same they said above, specially about the thin font. make it a little bolder . the colors are nice
