Linking letters across words isn't a nifty trick. Plus you threw off the balance and spacing of the type in the process.
The type crossing over the symbol just so it can touch that bit of green on the flower doesn't work.
Try the type separate from the graphic. A different font would also help.
Not a fan of using gradients or using them in an attempt to make the graphic look more "real".
Simplify the flower.
All of your elements need better placement.
The CA is too small. Eliminate it if possible.
Eliminate the gradients from the text.
Eliminate the shadow from all of it.

There is just to much going on that shouldnt be.

choose better fonts and colors

I would suggest sketching out some ideas.

try a nice clean approach with a simple symbol and clean flowing text

Dont stack your type either.

Overall - not good.
I don't know what this is for so maybe flower works as a graphic mark, or maybe not.
Tone down those screaming colors or change the color scheme completely.
Typography and composition are very bad.
Maybe it would be best to start over with a new concept.

It's for a nursery. The "ca" would be something like "llc" in the US.

Perhaps it's a modest nursery but, why not give it a logo that works?

Look for examples of logos that have to do with plants/flowers and get some inspiration from them.

Use solid colors

make it simple pls thats all.
