That's a thumbs down for me. Nothing holds together here. I would start sketching first, since I don't see any evidence of that in the development of this logo. It looks very dated to me.

Keep at it.

Maybe if you'd remove the subtext (never ever use Brush Script) and that horrible opened crate, you might have a sound basis to build up something new.

Keep things simple, follow a proper creative process (research, inspiration and most importantly sketching).

But right now, this is not professional looking.

Keep working on it.
