Firstly, you need to repost without the crazy random background.

Secondly you need to write a bit more about what this is for as what you've written - "this logo can be use to special unite" doesn't make any sense to me.

Thirdly this isn't really a logo - it's too detailed and wouldn't reduce well.
The two outer dragons are kinda cool (especially if you did do them yourself)?! The inner symbol thing is what i'd expect to see in Dana Barrett's fridge in Ghostbusters ;)

If you take into account all of the above, then we'll talk...

The 'our warrior' type 'sucks a different class of ass' too, so made a seperate comment just for that.

Unfortunately, this is nowhere near being a logo.

If you want to make some insignia for some Special Forces, make a bit of research to see what already exists and what is meant to be done.

This thing you did is way too busy and filled with totally random elements.

Here's the patch for the Afghan SWAT we did way back in 2006 (the one on top). It's not perfect - I was young then - but I'm sure you can get something from it.
