Which one is the best?

None of the fonts work and the orangeish yellow needs to go, it does not work withe the red & black

All of the font choices are not working either.

Try arranging the elements differently to give it more balance.

I would only use the symbol and text.. the rest is not necessary (outline & underline).

I immediately thought of AVERY PRODUCTS, but i can't say it doesn't work. I personally would try something else... But then again many companies share similar looks... If you're not being challenged creatively push yourself to come up with something fresh...

If you say "English" I think Big Ben, Manchester United, or The Beatles. I don't think pyramid or triangle.

Tell your buddies this logo looks like Avery's and get back to work on it.

i see how you're trying to put the A and E in that triangular shape. i also see a post about Avery Dennison.

another point i'd like to bring up is that the Triangle symbolizes a mathematical symbol Delta, the triangle, which means Change. I just thought it was ironic to see a triangle and the word absolute next to each other. the absolute symbol is |x| which would mean absolute of x, |english|, absolute of english. it's just something that came across my mind as soon as i saw this.

i think you should try a different route with the symbol.
