ok, let's start with the problems : kerning problem at maximum, bad choice od font, too skinny, too square, hard to read, and too small compared with the symbol, go with something italic but massive and easy to read, especially if is about a business movement you cot to make it look solid, not skinny , hard to read and divided. The symbol is the last of the problems but is boring and pretty used , try shake it up a little to see what goes on, get out of the box. Also I would change the colors in something more optimistic and open, blues and black on white background are better for business.

I'm afraid I have to agree with hueroth, this really doesn't work. I'm going to reiterate what's already been said I'm sure, but here goes:

The font is a bad choice- it's too skinny, really poorly kerned (why is there so much space between the w and the a in "ward"!?); and over all unreadable. Just because you dig a certain fonts doesn't mean it's right for the project you're working on.

I don't hate the reflected W symbol thing you've got going on, but I Think it needs some work/polishing. It's just kind of drab- but maybe thickening certain parts of it and/or adding some COLOR to this logo would help!?

Also, I'd think of taking the black background off- so we can more easily see what we're looking at. This needs some work, OR you could just go back to the drawing board with a clean slate! (Or perhaps keep the W shape but work on it and then start over from there!?)
