Brief from client
Some changes to post here, two versions of the brand I'm developing, I apologize for not answering those who criticized me in other topic, but really do not see these versions as inferior to the design of the old logo, there were only entered the company names and changed the colors, this is not design.
Underwent some modifications in shape and spacing of the brand.

What is the green element in the design?
i dont understand your intentions and what u wanna communicate with this symbol. also don't like "w" and "m" …its bad solution! you should change fonts..and search for a more appropriate i think.
