In your symbol the "X" should be before the C

Your colors are not to pleasant and do not work well

I have seen way to many of the half circle logos lately so I would suggest on that aspect of it to try something else, Also I think your symbol is to large for the text you have.

you are right. I hadn't seen that before.

What if you keep just the "x" and make the right side half-circle an overlapping color on the left half-circle so the "x" also contains the "c." Does that make sense? Then the x-communications could be centre aligned on the right emerging from the negative space of the "c." Maybe use gray and blue, they're more technology colors.

Great symbol! The name needs to be moved down more. I like the grey, but the gold should go.
