I think if you would create " xpresate " out of the tiles on a background with a headphones - that would be very cool. As is it is - too many things clashing with each other. Good luck!

Get rid of the annoying background, it'll be easier to judge your logo without it.

But right off the bat, I can tell you that there are way too many effects and stuffs going on.
