Xsquared Logo

Brief from client
Something:
-Clean
-Simple
-Round
-Cute
-Slightly Quirky
-Slightly Geeky
-Interesting or pleasing to the eye
-Limited colors
I wanted to focus on something round, clean and different. But at the same time implement something design related. It's a personal logo. I've had some past critiques on it but still curious on what you guys think about it, so critique is welcome.
Thanks
More info: The design is to help inspire and influence a "Straight and Simple" outlook on design but also on animation. Apologies for the .com addition. I took off the .com to just focus on the logo itself. Sorry guys!

Um i am not sure how i feel about the logo?
i guess on first impression it is hard to get the X Squared from that
i also never like .com in the actual logo
If i had to critique it i would say the eye could use some work and loose the double stroke around the "X"
No real thumbs up n' Down since i am a little confused... lol
Oh no! Totally forgot to just show the logo by itself. Thanks for the catch! I had to re-upload (and add more synonyms on what I was going for in the clients section) as to not confuse you haha.
Also will look into changing the "double outline", and work on the eye a bit,.
Apologies.
Take out the eye completely, make the x little smaller or the 2 little bigger - just a little, or a bit bolder, rounder (the 2) to match the x. The x looks a bit like a flower - can you do it more X-like?
Thanks for the critique. I will definitely look into those improvements.
I didn't figure out this was an X. Looks like some kind of flower or clover to me. To make a logo out of it you probably need to put a company name next to it. The eye in the middle makes no sense to me and it looks like a scared eye looking up at something terrible that we don't see. That blue doesn't work with that green. This whole things is kind of childish, doesn't look professional.
Going to have to disagree with you on that. I wanted the logo to look childish. I've seen lots of logos that were childish but also professional. So in retrospect a logo can come of as looking like both.
Do you usually mark all 4 down on every logo that you dislike? I wish you could at least give me critique for typography and colors, since you marked those down as well. You've basically only given me critique for the Idea and Symbol. I do agree with your first notion on the "flowerly look" and the eye being confusing however. But simply giving a thumbs down across the board without explaining why - Not a very accurate observation.
I like it, but I think the "two" is too far from the symbol. Try that and I think it will be fine.
