I really like what you did with "ZEN" here. The spacing among the characters looks really even and consistent. With that said, Business looks like it's just floating there and the font is really plain. I'd play around more in this area.

Hello! That's a really nice symbol, but I agree with Jon's comment, maybe the word BUSINESS all in caps, under ZEN and with a 200 px spacing, it could work.
