Your first submission is a lot clearer than this one. When looking at this your eyes just go funny and its also hard to figure out the LL in the centre. Simplify it so that all the elements work in harmony.

not working learn the basic principles of making logo.
Are you going to turn your client's logo into your logo every time you submit something? Or is the laurel wreath your logo mark too?
