typography looks a bit confusing to me, cause the line is crossing down and encounters the R eye and the M looks too big, i don't like the colors, the dark blue or purple... is overwhelming all the concept it's too heavy, and gradients are too much for a texture inside a letter, at least that's my opinion :/
the M and R together look very wide and i see no relation between the initials and the tag line.
From your previous submission this is a great leap towards your final logo.
I like what you did with the font changing it from the blocky letters to a more smooth flowing type... Even the absolute font is a great deal better than the previous one. Job well done!

The MRL is very chunky, not pleasing to the eye.
There doesn't seem to be any real idea here. Why the swoosh? For decoration, or is there a reason behind it?
Gradient isn't necessary
