keep enterprise colors: red and/or blue, keep an identifying item like the tower, a microwave antenna and to give an international image or make emphasis in the Grupo (the relation it has with other companies).
ok this time i corrected the tag line space as you recommended after that no change was made, it's just that i wanted an opinion about the one below, a friend gave me the idea so i wanted to apply it, i'm still going with the one i did i just want to know which one gives a better idea of what i'm being requested.
At the end i thought the one below looked a bit as clip art images, so i want to be sure about that.

i think there are to many elements in the symbol. It would be difficult to get the hole idea i think it would be better if you just leave the world and the anthem. About the typography i think your composition works good, just check it out the alinement in the s of telecomunicaciones with de a of gateway and try to aline also grupo. Great idea!
you're right the satellite was unnecessary now it looks better and i already aligned the words, ty :)
I don't envy your position. Your client sounds a bit dim:.
I think you are better off with the top logo.
The bottom logo is complicated and messy. You could try cleaning it up with clean lines and attempt to combine them to simplify it a bit. Like the earth as the dish for the satellite.. but it will be difficult to pull that off and keep it simple and clean.
