The National Gender and Equality Commission is a constitutional commission established under article 59 of the constitution of The Republic of Kenya.
The commission’s mandate is to promote gender equity and non discrimination in accordance with article 27 of the constitution.
The commission target groups are; youth, children, women, persons with disabilities, older persons, minorities and marginalized persons.
The proposed logo should factor in commission’s target groups, be of appealing colors that shall also be adopted as the colors of the commission.

Too much in there for a logo, keep it simple. Text is way too small.

That's exactly what I thought as soon as I saw all the symbols together! Totally the wrong message for this type of organization!
In my opinion it is proposed that has the greatest potential. Therefore advise that you seek a little more work on it, making it the best. I think in this case there is no need to have color.

The Human Rights Campaign would have a field day with this one. I do, however, like this better than the boobs. The first one you shared is better than either.
