I incorporated most of your suggestions, thanks a lot everyone, and thank you to 2423media for awesome feedback and tips.
I think the text block looks more dynamic now, which is good, just not too sure about the lopsided top and bottom, i.e letters leaning to one side.
Perhaps it would look better having a more symmetrical text block, kind of like a perfect pyramid shape with chopped off top (is there a tool in Illustrator to achieve this?).
Thoughts?

You lost the right perspective in the text block. Now the plane of the inscription falls somewhere in the backdrop scene. The hands are very small, huge shoes traced irregularly (too primitive, need more detail - he does not play barefoot). The left leg of guitarist need more push to the forefront. The line of the guitar cable can be more aggressive and dynamic. Let it fly, and not lying on the floor.
