Brief from client 

Logo for Amerigroup Integral Services

This time i remove some circles that were not necesary to be there and add an arrow going up and ahead to simbolize our services have future vision. Refresh the color and use more the blues which are the corporate colors of the company and have to do more with logistics. The letter have more space between each other and i quit the world map in the background. So what u think right now? I tried to make a no circles version but it didnt work for me.

Think the arrow could be better but overall i like!

Much better than the original draft you posted! So much easier to look at.
If you do change anything on the arrow - only add a slight piece of the stem to the bottom of the arrow. So it's fluent with the tip of the arrow.
