This is a new Green-Friendly Plumbing Company.
Their focus is water conservation company unlike their competitors.
New Company starting out.
Here's the revised, didn't want to go with the wrench anymore, I decided to go with different symbol. They also wanted plumbing in it so I added it under.

I like this version way more than the first! great revision. looks like its coming together now.
dont know about the subtext all that much. it looks good but something about it is bothering me...
and i think the end pieces of the piping in your logo should be the same as the one in your "O" its squared off more and thats why it fits the rest of your company name there because the type is nice clean edges.
Like CMWdesigns said, this is much better than the first one!
The only thing bothering me is the kerning of the letters. The space between the letters isn't evenly distributed, f.e. the space between the top of the T and the E isn't the same as for the E and the R. This also applies to the other letters.

Looks way better. But "plumbing" doesn't really fit there, it's too thin and too small compared with the other two words. If you do want to keep it, try and put all three word one under another, using the same font, "rooting" blue, "tech" green" and "plumbing" blue again, and see what it looks like.
This is a major improvement to the first. You don't need the pipe/joint underneath the droplet. I'd just get rid of it, address the kerning issues as advised above and job done! :)

For me there are three elements too many. The flame, the pipe and the double O thing.
