Its in French that is why Construction is before Dhir

Fix the little slivers showing on the N's in construction. It serves no purpose and is distracting. The symbol is strait to the point but could use some work to make it more interesting and give it that wow factor. Maybe play around with the lines coming out of the house on the bottom, add a hill and soften the points on the end so their not so sharp. The kerning on the letters seems a little tight as well as the space between the two words. Hope this helps, good luck!

The house symbol is simple enough. Maybe you could try and integrate the lines a little bit better with the type.
