Brief from client
I would like to start my own designcompany with the name Wolfsen (my surname) so I was thinking of using a wolf as my brandmark.
Because a wolf is pretty much violence I tried to make it not violent at all.

I like it. I find it funny that you say you don't want the wolf to remind of violence because when I see the dark blue portion I immediately think of a gun. The typography is better than the previous ones, however I really don't like the "g" it doesn't go with the rest of it. Other than that, with a few minor refinements, I think you have something really great.
That teal/sky blue color blend with a white background - almost invisible. I would work on a wolf's head more , as that part under a snout resembles a sparrow clinging on wolf's neck. I'm not sold on that white spot on a ear, either - it is misleading for another snout. Please, try some other font option. A curve line from ear serve no purpose, ditch that one. Somehow, I can see a wolf's head after some fine tuning being place over and to the left of " W ". My friend, you got a job to do to make this into a fine logo - keep working on it.
I liked it from the first version. But you need to work a bit more on the colors, the ice blue is a bit too bright, and it tends to get lost on white space.
The font from this version fits best, it's simple and easy to read. Have you tried to make "Wolfsen" all caps using this font?
You shouldn't listen to what people say the wolf looks like (to me the ear looks more like the one of a dear) and remember that the upside of the Viper logo looks like Daffy Duck :)
This logo has potential. The idea of the wolf to represent yourself is great.
The wolf symbol is nice, I think it needs a little more work. Be careful with negative spaces creating other unwanted shapes. The ones I see are a half a human head (gray) and a shark with its mouth open (red).
Vectors pointing to the left convey the idea of going backwards, negative, start over. Try to see if you can switch the orientation of the wolf to look to the right. Plus the wolf is looking up which is a good vector. Right and up = good, positive, advance, vanguard, etc.
It may be a personal thing but I don't see a wolf communicating anything related to violence. On the contrary, a wolf conveys: smart, intelligent, cunning, determined, works in groups, likes structure and organization.
The colors have contrast between themselves, but the light blue over white may not be the best. Use this tool to determine the contrast between your colors: http://leaverou.github.io/contrast-ratio/
Typography isn't there for me, too soft to be used with a wolf.
Good job on these designs.
Thanks for the link ricardozea this is quite useful.
