The idea is too simple. Don't do show what you say. If you want to show a phoenix bird, show just an iconic element of it. Just a fiery feather or something.

The letters are fancy for no good reason and they feel over-designed and not pleasant to look at.

The FENIX text on its own works for me. Even without an icon, it could work as a text logo. But the Grafico in the same style is too much.

Taking what botw said, I really like the wing of your phoenix, but not loving the head. A phoenix rises from ashes, and that is cool. lol

The idea is good. The FENIX works with minor fixing (some parts are wider than others, doesn't look consistent).

The bird could be made upright. It looks like its about to land on its face.

Head needs fixing and the wings need minor tuning (ends).

Overall it's nice logo. It's not there yet.
