The client change the word lumpa instead of loompa.

Despite removing one balloon, I think you can expect the same feedback about the balloons. I preferred where each word had the same color scheme as well. Doing so would also be easier to screen print.

Typography is better in this version, although spacing is inconsistent globally. Make sure the space is the same in both words. That's the only thing that bothers me there.

Well, Roald Dahl would be less upset with this name at least.

There are so many colours, and I actually really like it. It is over the top, in a good way.

Umpa lumpa gobblede goo,
We have a little riddle for you -
What do you have in your logo that is an eight letter word?
With two sets of double letters in a row, so we've heard.
This word end with S no less.
Why is it in this logo, can anyone guess?

Honestly, the balloons need to go.

Revisiting the logo, I could go either way on the colors. But really, screenprinting that beast is going to be a pain.

I don't think screen-printing would work well for this logo. Either there needs to be a one colour version for that purpose, (likely just black and have crazy coloured shirts) or it would need to be printed on T-shirt vinyl and heat transferred on. The T-Shirt stuff isn't really a great product though.

I like what you did with the font and the subtext somehow looks better than in version 1.

But I have no idea what these balloons have to do here. They look like a clip art. Probably because they are in totally different graphic style than the word mark. As they others said, I would remove them completely.
