It's not because it's destined to be sold in stock that you can come up with a half-assed logo like you just did here.

The logos that really sell are the ones who are really well done, with a lot of work in them. This one looks like it's been done with under 10 minutes. Than again, I have serious doubts on the seriousness of logos that weren't made for a specific company. But that's another debate.

The basic idea of your logo is pretty good, though. It totally deserves a few more hours of work, spent on composition, picking the right fonts, etc.
