okay...having the watermark from a clipart service on there isn't good form. If you don't design logos for a living, hire a professional. You will get what you pay for.
This is not a clip art site. It's Fiverr, a platform from freelancers from different fields including graphic design.

This logo was done by a fiverr Graphic Designer. I wanted some feedback as to the look and feel of the logo.
It is currently under revision so i need some feedback before I approve it.
So you are the client, not the designer. You should have mentioned it.
This logo isn't great. The concept behind is weak, although a bit better than version 1. It definitely needs something simpler but clever.
The colours are pretty dull and that particular combination is pretty dull. Both are pretty dense, it lacks contrast.
I'd be you, I'll hire a real designer in real life. Fiverr is chockfull of mediocre designers with very low fares. You get what you pay for.

as part of an assignment in a brand course I'm taking, i tried my hand in editing this logo. for your comments please
