Hi ! Unfortunately, I don't think this logo works.
First of, the brand name is unreadable. I kinda read "un sarlo". The way you arranged the type is way too complicated and overthought.
The circular coffee beans are in a vastly different graphic style than the logo itself. The feel like an afterthought and just complicate the logo further.
